FNDLOAD Forms Personalizations does not migrate ENABLED (APPLICATIONS COVER) = TRUE values

Dear Friends,

Our FNDLOAD for migrating forms persos is working fine except that it does NOT bring along ENABLED (APPLICATIONS COVER) = TRUE values but it does bring along FALSE values no problem.

When we looked at the LDT file we see that FALSE value = 5 and TRUE remains TRUE.....has anybody experienced this?

A solution other than updating the LDT file would be great :-)
