Arabic Language Installation

Hello Folks,

We have upgraded system 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 from 8.11. Want to install Arebic language in the syatem. I have downloaded the Arebic language component from the edelivery  oracle site and run that file successfully. But here i have doubt for applying for next steps. Should i go with the existing plan or create a new custom plan.

Please help me and advice.
