Setup to keep LITM equal to ITM but different to AITM when using R4101Z1I

I'm using P4101Z1 and R4101Z1I to load new items into JDE. When loading, among other fields, I am only feeding a value to AITM, leaving both LITM and ITM blank. The behaviour that I see is that the AITM stays the same as provided but LITM, instead of taking the same value as ITM, takes AITM's value. Is there a processing option value I can set on P4101 to allow the behaviour I am looking for? R4101Z1I calls P4101 and that's the only processing option it's got.
