Index Rebuild / Compression

I want to reorg/rebuild/compress  the indexes on a very very large table which is 6 GB and with about 18 indexes and 400M rows and partitioned by month. Any suggestions how I should go about this ? any suggestions on if i should compress or not ? Pros and cons.
