ILM policy evaluation and execution

Hi, I'm doing test with ILM and ADO, and found no much information on manuals, and i have the following questions, is there someone who can put some light on it?

1) Documentacion says ILM policies are evaluated and action executed in maintenance window, but i havent been able to find whats the task that does it, or how do configure it, for instance if i want all maintenance windows task to execute daily, but ILM task to execute only on weekends.

2) There is a parameter, execution_interval that by default is 15 min, and it says that referes to when ADO does evaluation, however other places say evaluation is in the maintenance windows, which one is true?
