Filtering data output in Word RTF based on specific criteria

Hello -

If using the Word template building tool to pull data from P6, how do I filter based on specific criteria.  As an example, how do I bring in a field called PROJECTCODEVALUE for a project, WHERE PROJECTCODETYPE = 'Section Manager'?

I'd like to do this multiple times in this layout based on the PROJECTCODETYPE=a particular value ('Section Manager', then 'Project Manager' for a different column in the layout, then "internal Design' for another column of data, etc  These are all different Project Codes in P6 that I want to pull values for (by project).
