Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Import Error - Unable to determine the Country code for the Location id: 137139 and Location t

Hi All,

We have 12.1.3 instance. We are trying to import order using API oe_order_pvt.process_order.

It is giving the following error code:

Unable to determine the Country code for the Location id: 137139 and Location type: POO

There is no record in hz_locations with that ID. The location we are using has country = Hungary (HU).

Proper records exist for country "Hungary" in FND_TERRITORIES as well as HZ_GEOGRAPHIES.

I have no idea where this error is coming from and what it means and how to resolve it.

It is escalating into a P1 issue, any urgent help is greatly appreciated.
