Actual Break down time when raising a work request
Hi All,
It is required by the users to record the actual breakdown time of an asset when raising a work request..
There is no field available to record this time in the self service web page when creating a new work request.
I thought of using 'request by Start date' for this date, but it always get defaulted to sysdate+1hour and cannot be back dated (<sysdate). (standard behavior and cannot be changed)
Can anyone suggest a way of providing this requirement?
