Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. administrator password lost

after the administrator account password expiration.

I have changed the password successfully and then was able to login however when I tried to verify the password it's saying that password is invalid.

Kindly help me with recovering the administrator password.

I can login with piller user successfully however I can't change
