Manage Content Missing

Hello Folks,

In 9.2 (TR 9.2.1.1) we are able to see manage content drop down only can see classic page. Other 2 option are missing Compose Page and Image. I had applied all generic ESu and ASI. And followed some standard document but not able get any clue.
