How to create a contract having Bank Guarantee / Insurance / Cash

Dear All Experts,

We have a requirement that before bidding our company will needs a Bank Guarantee / Cash Guarantee / Insurance Guarantee from Vendors. And After getting successful award of Purchase Order, we need to have a link between these guarantee with Purchase Order / Contract. So to have this link and map this information of complex purchase order.

And we need to have alerts if guarantee becomes expire before contract expires.
