In implementing an Oracle eBS application on a 12c database, I am concerned about performance impacts. Should I be I am implementing a 12C database built on an Oracle Engineered SuperCluster (T7-8). I have been told by the implementers that full database encryption will 1. Full database encryption will lead to an overly complex system for cloning, support, patching, upgrades and administration. 2.
