ERROR: OPatch failed because of problems in patch area.

Good day,

I'm following this doc: Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 437878.1) in trying to upgrade Forms and reports and getting the following error when trying to apply this patch(25441839) on solaris platform:

Q0002 - applsit > opatch apply
