P4312 - PO receipts at different date and time having same GRN Number

Hi,

We have an issue with P4312 - PO receipts at different dates and times but system giving same GRN number.

Expectation: GRN number should be unique (no duplicate)

Please assist to find out any known issue or bugs been reported for such incidence.
