Xenvironment Register status

Hi,

There is a customer running Xstore 4.5 with more than 14 registers. I wasn't able to see it myself yet but the customer is complaining that they are just seeing 14 registers and not more because of the scroll bar isn't going further.

I just want to know before I go digging if someone knows if we are talking about a Xenvironment configuration issue?
