E1 Server Migration to different data Center

We are migrating the servers from one data center to other data center and Servers names going to change.

Deployment server – We planned to install from start and import the local database .

E1 and JAS servers(IBM websphere) are on Linux . On New data center we get new Linux servers with different name .

(E1 and JAS servers )Copy all the folder structure/files from old data center to New data center. So here do we need to install E1 and JAS server again ? or just copying works and renaming some files pointing to New servers will work ?
