BI Publisher Template - adding logic

I am working on a template for the R04572T2 UBE.

In the generated XML file, I need to get the address book number of the payee, but the XML element could be one of 2 generated xml id's: Payee without Remit to --> Address_Number_2_ID116 (ID116), or Payee with Remit To --> Payee_Address_Number___Local_ID118 (ID118).

If the payee has NO remit to, the ID118 element will NOT be displayed, if the payee has a Remit To, the ID118 will be displayed and the ID116 MIGHT be displayed.

So, on the document, I need to display the either the ID118 or ID116 conditionally as follows:
