ESU what is the reason doesn't install the object?

Hi,

I installed ESU and "marked for selection"  but app display grey color yet..
what is the reason doesn't install the object?

Grey colour - The object will NOT be installed.

are there a way to select all object automatically to merge?

I did it one by one
