Ability to enable PO Inquiry without Setting Record Reservation on PO.

Would like to configure PO Entry (P4310) for PO Inquiry (View only) access but prevent a record reservation on the PO when accessing the PO Header within the inquiry session.  Currently, when executing P4310 to view a PO and drilling into the PO Header, a record reservation gets created/activated and nobody else can access the PO.  There are two issues at hand.  Someone could load a PO header and not shut down/log out of their JDE session, leaving the record reservation entry in place and prevent anyone from working on the PO until the lock is released.  Someone could be
