SCM: Attaching uploaded document to send to DocuSign

In Upload Attachment, you have the option to flag attachment to allow sending via email. As it turns out, these attachments are not being sent for signature with the DocuSign interface. Is there a way to send attached document via Docusign? Docusign feature allows additional documents to be uploaded in their envelope package.

This is required as contract documents have different appendices to include as a part of the contract.
