Stockless Item not sourcing to inventory

Scenario:

Item A is in Inventory BU item and Par Location item (stockless)

Item Setup:

Purchasing Item Attributes > Purchasing Control = Stockless

Purchasing Item Attributes > Item Supplier/Supplier Attribute = Stockless

Problem:

Department want Item A to create MSR when using eProcurement and Purchase Order for Par Location

Question:

Can Stockless inventory item be sourced to inventory?

From our testing, any item marked stockless on the requisition cannot be sourced to inventory. The "Source to Inventory" (Requisition) or "Inventory Source Flag"  (ePro) box is automatically disabled and cannot be checked. When a requisition is created, it is not sourced to Inventory (via MSR) even when there is enough items in inventory count. This is most likely because the Inventory flag is not checked on the requisition
