OTL: Deletion of Time Card Template for user by the user

Hello,

Can users  delete their "Time Card Template"  created earlier by them?  I think there is API available which can be used to delete the time card template by using apps schema. I'm looking for solution thru employee self service. I see the Doc ID 297704.1 but not much helpful. Any input is appreciated.
