Not able to preview any report through BI Publisher desktop

Hi,

I just installed the BI Publisher Desktop version 12.212.0.0 (64 Bit) on my local system on windows 10. Once installed, I can see the plugin "BI Publisher" visible on my MS word 2016. But when I tried to preview some file after loading xml, I am getting error. The error screen shot is attached.

Please help me to resolve this.
