Order Creation through oe_inbound_int.process_order

Hi

We are able to create order using api oe_inbound_int.process_order most of the times, In random cases though api is returning order number but order is not created in oracle.

is this one off issue do we need to handle this kind of issues also. We are seeing this when we are calling through webservice from third party tool.
