Oracle Database Appliance - change CPU allocation online

We have a couple of ODAs (Oracle Database Appliance) devices that we have setup.  When these were setup, the CPUs allocated to the "oda_base" was limited for licensing purposes.  Our licensing has changed, so now we want to modify the CPU allocation to fully utilize all the CPUs on the ODA.  We have ODA X4-2 devices.

How can I modify the CPU allocation while keeping all devices online?  These are Production devices and need to minimize downtime.  Is there any documented procedures from Oracle or anyone else who has done this?
