Isupplier Change requests

I would like to have a report that shows by buyer the percentage of PO changes that were done through iSupplier vs. those entered manually. Obviously, using iSupplier is the most efficient way to do changes and we need a measure to see how the buyers are progressing in increasing that activity.

Does any one have a report like that?
