Participation Multithread errors while running Maintain Participant Eligibility Program

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are using Standard benefits. I was running the Maintain Participant Eligibility program with effective date 01-Jan-2018 in Rollback mode.

The program spawned 3 threads of Participation Multithread

One of the Participant Multithread errored with the following error message -

**Starts**19-AUG-2017 05:59:58

**SQL error and free**19-AUG-2017 05:59:58

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N, ORA_ERRCODE, -20001

ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509

ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_MANAGE_LIFE_EVENTS", line 6924

ORA-06512: at line 1

But the other 2 Participation Multithread programs completed successfully and the Maintain Participant Eligibility program also completed successfully.

Can I ignore the error in one of the Participation Multithread programs? Or is it something I need to troubeshoot further?
