Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In Self Service Human Resource - Leave Management, there is a LOV namely Leave Status with values "Confirmed" and "Planned".

What is the difference between "Confirmed" and "Planned".?

Is there any functionality associated with Leave Status - Planned?

If we select Planned leave will it go for Approval?
