Can we do the conversion for closed capital projects from legacy system ?

Hi Tech guru's,

Can any one help me on below requirement,

Client wants to convert closed capital projects and transactions from legacy to oracle projects, what are the set ups and configurations in oracle projects and what are risk and challenges , we need to take care?
