i Series Upgrade V7R3 impact on JDE World 8.1 Any issues?

IBM i-series launches new upgrade V7R3, My client needs to upgrade from V5R4 to V7R3. They are using A8.1 JDE World. We wanted to know impact on JDE World once we upgrade OS to V7R3.

Does any functionality affected due to this? Do we need to customize anything for the same?
