CancelOrder webservice of osm is not working when order is in the accepted state

Hi Team,

We have noticed a thing where cancelOrder webservice of osm is not working when we are trying to cancel order  via soap-ui in the accepted state.

But when we are trying to cancel order from osm webclient,order is getting cancelled for the same order state.

PFB the exception:

An OMS Exception has been thrown. Reason: com.mslv.oms.handler.TransactionProhibitedInStateException: Attempt to perform a transaction that is prohibited in the current order state.

Transaction [CANCEL_ORDER]

State [open.running.in_progress]

TargetState [open.running.compensating.cancelling]

com.mslv.oms.handler.TransactionProhibitedInStateException: Attempt to perform a transaction that is prohibited in the current order state.
