Siebel Webserver - Issue

Techies,

Not able to access Application URL when provide FQDN in eapps.cfg file as connection string not able to connect

Enabel FQDN = True

FQDN = esca.org

AnonUserName  = GUESTCST

AnonPassword  = GUESTCST

ConnectString = siebel.TCPIP.None.None://esca.org:2321/dev16/SCCObjMgr_enu

StartCommand  = SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=Portal+Page+Embedded+Apps+View

WebPublicRootDir = /webapps/CRM/siebel/swse/public/

when disabled FQDN and provided IP address, able connect siebel application URL.

Installation, SWSE Configuration everywhere provided FQDN Name.

Any inputs to use FQDN instead of IP address.
