Public Site Search Suggestions/Type Ahead

Hi,

Is it possible(read minimal effort) to implement Public Site Search with keyword suggestion i.e., as and when user types a alphabet, suggest similar keywords/phrases.

Has anyone implemented this kind of functionality?
