Tools Release update from 9.1.4.2 to 9.2 in JDE 9.1

Hello MOSC,

We currently have JDE 9.1.2 with Tools Release 9.1.4.2, and we want to upgrade to TR 9.2.1.0.

Our current deployment server is a Windows Server 2008, and we got to change it to 2012, according to the certification. We also have local database with 11g, which we going to change to 12c.

We got set up a lab environment for testing, with the Enterprise and HTML servers cloned, and a clean deployment server with Windows Server 2012 (all virtual machines).

For the database, we're planning to setup a clean install too, with all the tablespaces imported from our current PD setup.
