RPM Conflict Check

Hi,

In RPM 13.2 we have a conflict check function RPM_CC_PROMO_FIXED_PRICE.VALIDATE. This rule make sure that only one Fixed Price Promotion exists for an Item-Location on any given day.

Can anyone tell me on why we have this conflict check? As we can have multiple Fixed Price promotions on different dates.
