Quick Entry Field for Currency Selection

We are using project module version R12.1.3

We are creating the project thru project request using  Template.

We are having Quick Entry field for

• Project Number
• Project Name
• Customer, Start Date & End Date.

We need user to choose the Project currency at the time of Project creation .. .by default the currency  in template is  KWD. We want to user to choose and over ride the currency code in the template.

Say example , if user  select the 'Currency Code -USD ' - in the project module under  - Currency & Customer And Contact

Which field to use for this.
