P6 Professional 17 - EPPM Client Configurations

Recently our company sign-on to Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Primavera Project Management (EPPM) SaaS.  The solution has access from the client web browser and from client - Primavera P6 Professional 17.6. The implementation of the EPPM was aggressive with little to no knowledge of the working details using from the P6 client.  In the past three months since our rollout, we experiencing performance issues connecting from our P6 client to the cloud database, to user accounts being locked out or not able to access P6 EPPM unexpectedly.   Even as we worked with Oracle technical support and inside senior application developers
