IP 16.9: Global Search Perfromance issues

Hi All,

  We have applied IP 16.9 and are trying to use global search functionality. But when ever we try to do a search from any entity the application goes to not responding status and finally the browser goes to a kill state making the search completely unusable..

When we pulled out the queries the search spec which its generating is like below.. Is there a way to make this perform better

User search spec: [CSN] LIKE
'*Test*' OR [First Name] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Last Name] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Social Security Number] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Email Address] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Postal Code] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Personal City] LIKE '*Test*' OR [Home Phone #] LIKE
