Custom Environment creation and data sources

Dear All,

We are planning to create a custom environment (example QA910) which will be exact replica of PD environment. Please let me know if in Oracle database I have to create manually QADATA,QACTL etc? or Environment Director will take care of it ?

We are on JDE 9.1 , TR 9.1.4.4 on Sun Solaris 10 and Oracle Database 11G R2
