Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

The FG iteem is returned from market.

Our production team has reopened the item and destroyed

the packaging of FG item.

and melted that FG item to become another SFG item.

Could you please asvise how can we record this situation

in system.

Is reclassification a correct process for this.
