Applied Oracle EBS patch 25449171. The version of our appsora.cmd file changed from 120.0.12010000.

Applied patch 25449171 - April, 2017 Oracle EBS CPU.  The version of appsora.cmd changed from 120.0.12010000.2 to 120.0.12010000.6.  Now the script is looking for powershell.   I don't have powershell installed on our Windows 2003 R2 server.  What version of powershell is needed,  Powershell ver 1 or ver 2?

This script requires powershell to be installed.

APPSORA.cmd exiting with status 1

We do have plans to upgrade our Oracle EBS Windows 2003 servers to Windows 2012, but that won't happen for awhile.
