TheI am looking for a sample pairsfile from adding an external node and internal web nodes on a shar

We are on Code Level DELTA 9 and I have faced some challenges adding a node. I need to add an external node using reverse proxy on the internal network and 2 nodes for interanl users for Forms/Web services for now. I have tried it a few times and had issues when the run edition was fs2 and the port pool was the patch port pool. I've just done a cutover and now have fs1 as the fun edition so I plan to try it again.

In addition the web entry port is 8390 like our current production. I am unsure of the actual services I should be running. For the s_ohs_instance, the source is EBS_web_PSI_OHS1 so for the new node I am using EBS_web_PSI_OHS2.
