Validations:

I’ve included as many validations as I could verify. I’ve updated the format a bit and also updated the rebasline checks.  As these functions need to be updated, I will not release another package. Rather, I will post the updated function in a text file on the forum for you to copy and paste. I will be continuing to test these validations throughout submission in order to refine them for future years, but please, if a validation message displays that is invalid or if you run into a validation on the Dashboard that OPPM didn’t catch, please let me know
