Hi All,

We notice that on fat client or any interface server where fat client is installed, there are big number of log files and lck files (on c: drive) gets created.

Example: e1root_nnn_date.log

e1root_nnn_date.log.lck

jas_nnn_date.log

jas_nnn_date.log.lck

they all shows up a 0KB and number grows everyday.

Can please help me to understand

when these files are created?

can these be controlled?

When to delete them?

Anything to consider while deleting them?

Howdy, Stranger!
