HR ZA Nature of a person Mandatory

When i go and search for a person on enter and maintain per people a message box pops up saying enter the nature of a person at a person level and i did a research and updated the profile option called HR: ZA Nature of a person Mandatory at a person level to NO at SITE level but still the issue persists.This is not a required field on the segment under the descriptive flexfield.
