Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear Experts,

After Report is generated I need to export it to Excel format but there is no excel format choice in "Download" action.

I checked "Download" action properties for that particular report and it seems that, all formats are enabled...

So, what could be the reason for this issue?
