OTL - No Data in Timekeeper Entry

In the Timekeeper Entry form, when I enter the Group Name, Recurring Period and Period and click on Find, I don't get any results.

What could be the issue ?

When I try to find a person in Advanced Search -> Person Name field, I can select an employee. But when I click on Find, no data gets displayed and the form remains in the Find screen.

Any idea how do I troubleshoot this issue?
