Dynamic na value

HI All,

As we know that, RPAS changes the navalue based on the most populated values in a measure dynamically for the optimal performance. Correspondingly, rules gives priority to use the array na value than the config na value. Is there a way that we could have fixed na value in array or give priority to config na value?  Please suggest.
