ASI Deploy failing during TR upgrade from 9.1.5.3 to 9.2.1.4 due to TC fail on F9312,F00950

Earlier TC was failing for F9312 then we tried to check it while generating in different data source and creating OCM for it. We ran the ASI deploy again and TC ran successful but again it got stuck on F00950.

Background Synopsis of the issue-

In the ASI deploy docuent it's mentioned that History=0 should be done on the Enterprise Server/Deployment Server to make TC successful for table F9312. We did same for all UA910(Custom Environment) Servers on which we are applying TR 9.2.1.4.
Still it failed so we tried to generate the table F9312 in different data source (Control Tables - UA910) and created ocm for this environment to point the F00950 to Control Tables - UA910, after this TC completed successfully but got stuck on F00950.
