Patch Upgrades in EBS R12

Hi Team,

I would like to understand the process of application of patches (Bug Fixes/quarterly releases) released by Oracle to upgrade the existing system, so that the system is up to date.

Could you please suggest the detailed steps on how to do go ahead with selection and application of patches on the basis of available patches released by Oracle.

Any document on the same would be a great help.

Our current release is 12.1.3 but is not updated with the recent patches since the installation of Oracle Applications R12.1.3.
